Since May 25, 2018, the date of entry into the force of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), almost all reporting formalities to the CNIL (Commission Nationale Informatique & Libertés) have been deleted. However, the controller or processor should keep records for the processing activities for which he is responsible. Each controller and processor should be required to cooperate with the supervisory authority and make such records available to the supervisor, upon request, for use in monitoring processing operations. In accordance with the legislative procedures relating to the GDPR, the Izeelogo platform will keep two types of registers: (1) mainly, the register of processing (article 30.1), and if necessary, (2) the register of subcontracting activities (article 30.2).
